Resurrecting Legacy: Baja Adventure with Stroppe Broncos

In the world of automotive sports, whether it be strip, street, or track, the lightning-fast won-ders of yesteryear can often be picked up for a smidgen more than scrap value. They are run hard and put away wet, and when their bodies and frames will no longer support another heart transplant or bone graft, we retire them to the back 40 for a multi-decade research program on dust collection. If fortune is with them, they fall into the hands of a collector of vintage iron and live out their days with honor and dignity. Such was the case for the classic Bronco in this story.

Classic Truck Throwdown—FULL Event Coverage!

FINALLY! A Pre-'98 Version of LST! This is something we've anticipated for quite a while now! As Lone Star Throwdown has exploded over the last decade, the amazing crew at LST saw a need to split up the show a bit and dedicate an event for classic trucks with a pre-'98 cutoff. Thrown by the same crew as Lone Star Throwdown in the same location, the Classic Truck Throwdown was something special and something we wanted to jump in on from the start.

Pssst...Want Some Cheap Horsepower?

How converting to a Flex-A-Lite can free up wasted horsepower, torque and fuel consumption View this email in your browser There's a thief under the hood of your turbodiesel truck: your factory belt-driven engine cooling fan. When the engine is warm and the fan clutch engages, that heavy fan can rob you of as much as 25 rear-wheel horsepower and 25 lbs-ft of torque, as well as 2-3 mpg of fuel economy. Using a Flex-A-Lite electric fan conversion, gives you that power and fuel savings, quicker engine warmup in cold weather and better air conditioning performance in hot weather. These made-in-USA kits are true bolt-on upgrades that don't require cutting or drilling, and the complete install typically takes less than 4 hours.
